Purpose
Averages AUTOCOR_IMG maps into single spectrum.
Synopsis
- [spec,specstd] = imgcor2spec(acor, options)
Description
The input are the image autocorrelation function from AUTOCOR_IMG (acor), the outputs are the mean correlation as a function of distance (spec) and the standard deviation of the spectrum (specstd).
